At Agha Noor, we currently do not offer an exchange or return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance.
To facilitate a timely resolution of your concern, please ensure the following:
- Take clear photos of the parcel and the invoice before opening the package.
- Retain these images and only discard the packaging once you confirm that your order has been received in full and in perfect condition.
Note: If an incorrect or damaged item is delivered, a coupon (store credit) equivalent to the item's value will be issued. This coupon will be redeemable on our online store only.
2Checkout (PayPal, AMEX, Discover) – Terms & Conditions
If your order was placed via 2Checkout using PayPal, American Express, or Discover, and you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at cs@aghanoorofficial.com or call us at +92 348 1112442, and provide the following details for further assessment:
- Your Order Number
- Photographic evidence clearly showing the issue with the received item
Agha Noor and 2Checkout reserve the right to deny any compensation or refund if sufficient documentation is not provided for evaluation.
Important Notes:
- Once an order has been dispatched or processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- If a quality concern is identified during order fulfillment, the affected item(s) will be removed from the shipment. A refund will be issued only for the removed item(s), not for the full order amount.
- If a customer refuses to accept delivery, Agha Noor is not liable to offer a refund or compensation.
- If your parcel is held by Customs in the destination country, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the required documentation. Agha Noor is not responsible for refunds in the case of non-clearance by customs authorities.
